2. Products and services

• Customers will be responsible for providing youronlinetranslation.com with all source material and this is to be provided at their own expense. Customers are also responsible for the accuracy of all source materials and www.youronlinetranslation.com will not be liable for any inaccuracies in the finished product which have arisen from errors which have appeared in the source material.
• The website youronlinetranslation.com offers translation services for a number of different languages. The costs for these services will vary depending on both the length of the document as well as the deadline requested to carry these works out, with shorter deadlines coming at a higher cost. If the customer intends on using the services then they must accept these costs and pay for all work in advance.
• Customers may not ask youronlinetranslation.com to translate any materials which could be viewed as illegal or libellous. This decision will be made at the company’s discretion.

3. Edits

• Once the final translation has been completed by youronlinetranslation.com the company will allow the customer the opportunity to make some edits or adjustments to the translation.
• Any major edits or amendments which differ greatly from the source material will come at the additional cost to the client.

4. Payments

• The customer will receive a free quote as soon as they have uploaded their documents that they wish to have translated. This quote does not come with any obligations.
• If the customer decides to proceed with the order then they must agree to pay the full amount in advance of the work beginning.
• As soon as the payment has been processed then the customer and youronlinetranslation.com enter into an exclusive agreement and the company will provide the translation services by the specified deadline.
• Once a payment has been accepted, the customer will be able to identify this transaction in their bank statement with the billing descriptor as: YOTHSLTD, Kenya.
• Please contact us if you would like to request a refund, we will try to resolve the issue or we will provide a refund.

5. Delivery

• When customers place an order for translations, they will have three different delivery. These include non-urgent delivery which will arrive in 5-7 days’ time, 24-hour delivery and an express delivery which can be returned by that business day provided the documents have been submitted in time.
• All finished translations will be provided as a word document or a PDF depending on what the customer has requested and these will be delivered by email.
• In the event of a force majeure or an unexpected occurrence that has an effect on delivery times then the company will notify the client as soon as possible.

6. Cancellation

If the client decides they want to cancel for any reason, then they will be liable to pay for any work that has been completed up to the point of cancellation and any other costs or expenses that arise due to cancelling. 

7. Liability

To the maximum extend which is permitted by law, the website www.youronlinetranslation.com shall have no liability to the customer in the event of loss of profit, loss of business, loss of revenue, indirect or consequential loss.

The company shall also incur no liability to the customer for any innocent or negligent misrepresentation of any statement made by us prior to the agreement.

8. Copyright

• The copyright of the translation belongs to youronlinetranslation.com and this is passed on to the customer as soon as the payment has been received and the translation has been delivered.
• Customers give youronlinetranslation.com permission to view and use the source material as they need throughout the duration of the project in order to provide the work.
